A vitiligo case
A 10 yrs old boy has been suffering from vitiligo since 5 yrs.His hands, feet and lips get involved.He also suffering from rectal congestion with minor cuts.
PAST HISTORY-at the age of 4 yrs He got worms associated with very high frequent fevers upto 106 degree F.His test for tuberculosis was also doubtfully positive,He was given treatment for the same and after 1 or 2 yrs he got vitiligo
PHYSICAL GENERALS-thirst-avarage,appetite- normal,speed-good,aversion-vegetables esp peas, desires-salt.sweat-normal.
THERMALS- ambithermal.
MIND-he is a very reserved child,having few friends.He is very intelligent but not very hard working,stands first or second in the class.He do not feel bad if looses his rank.He wants in the good books of teachers.He is a timid child,lacks courage to ask something to teacher.He does not like all his classmates esp those do not have manners.He is very very senstive about the remarks about him,become sulky,isolates him self and will not respond to apology.But after sometime he will slowly approach you without any smile on his face.He is not organized ,do not care much about his books.He is creative and love craft.His concentration is very very good.He is affectionate .
Can anybody help to solve this with this much of information.
