1. Fibroadenoma of breast,both side, 1st left
then right side with pain +++- 3
yrs
2. Rt breast operated to remove fibroid gland 2 yrs back but it reappeared again
3. Mamography – Fibrocystic disease, breast, no malignant cells are seen, fibroadenoma
4. Operation followed by fibrotic scar on breast,causing anxiety .
5. Mother died of cancer
Generals
6. Fear- of dark
7. Fear- censured of being
8. Swinging
9. Fear –injury
10. Can’t look at blood
11. Desire for salty+++ and sweets+++
12. Shouts in anger
13. Plays with finger
14. Suicidal due to disease in breast.
Treatment:
1. Alumina 30/daily
2. Verat.alb 30/daily
3. Hyos 30/ daily
For one week, repeat every month
29/03/09
=No pain in breast
=Glands reduced about 80%
28/06/09
Glands reduced about 95 %
30/8/09—there is no sign of fibroadenomas.
note: use of three remedies at a time is meaningful and follow a logic.

here i want to explain the method of selection in the said case:
i do not know why a homeopath takes a case but i am very clear in my opinion while taking a case. the aim of my case taking is to know basic cause of the disease.
1. whether it is immaterial genetic or material genetic(miasmatic you say) and when it is triggered
2. whether it is due to material cause-like virus, bacteria, fungus, heat, cold, injury etc 3.whether it is maintaining cause( for example- the cause behind the deficiency of insulin may be genetic but the excecive amount of sugar in the blood is a maintaining cause for many diseases
4. or whether the cause is mixed with 1+2 or1+2+3.
once the the cause is cleared the selection of medicines becomes easy.
which of the characteristics are increasing or decreasing or effected by the cause or causes are more important symptoms.
Destruction in the cell or tissue is not possible until the 2nd or 3rd cause is not active.
immaterial genetic characteristics are the basic characteristics by which a is known in the society-for example mild, sympathetic, cruel, miser, hurried, aggressive, impatience,fearful, revengeful etc. these characteristics may be increased or decreased but can't be removed.
these characteristics are present even before the proving of the medicines.these characteristics can't be created in an individual through proving.
selection of medicine on the basis of above characteristics are generally curative.
one medicine seldom cover the all symptoms of a patient therefore a complementary, supplementary, follow well, nosode are generally required there after. so i developed a new method where there is no need of any complementary.................etc.
if you are not able to select a medicine for any above characteristics given above and you are confused among 5-10-20 medicine for each symptoms this is the failure of the system and principle therefore there is great need of a accurate system.
i have developed a system to cover a patient from all the angles at a time, using more than one remedies on the basis of genetic cause, material cause and maintaining cause according to the availability of the symptoms.in the above mentioned case i selected three remedies on the basis of genetic characteristics.
This is the key of the success.
until you do not dare to to do you can't get a success.
the other symptoms of the case also important but they did not get opportunity in this case.
this method is the result of a regular process of three years so it is seems to be difficult to explain in few words.

Even if we agree for the selection of remedies on the basis of one symptom each -
How do you rule out other remedies for the same symptom?
Playing with fingers has 13 remedies with Asar in same intensity as Hyos.
Blood cannot look at has 10 remedies with Nux -v in same intensity as Alum.
Shrieking in Anger has 17 remedies with Veratrum absent in repertory though it can be added.
Please explain your logic behind all this.

if we are not able to select a remedy for an important symptom it is the failure of our system.
if the medicine is proved and verified you can use asar in place of hyos and will get same result.. i have applied this thery on hundred of cases.in similar way nux.vom can be used in place of alumina.there is only one logic behind the use of hyos and alumina that is" if the medicine is proved and verified it can be used successfully.never confuse among 5-10-20 medicines.

Id Mubarak.
The method of selecting medicine on the basis of genetic information, as is done by practitioners of predictive method nowhere permits more than one medicine at a time.
Practitioners who prescribe on mind symptoms as sehgal method prescribe only single medicine & single dose.
The three remedies you have prescribed are nowhere in congruence with the drainage method.
You have been a teacher of organon and must have read organon many more times than me; Hahnemann also never advocated use of three medicines at a time.
In the repertory, shouting is synonym to shrieking and verat is absent in it. Can you provide me the reference “Shouting in anger” in the materia medica for verat. I will be thankful.
Your remarks as to “there is no need of repertory “are to be complimented and a question arises as to how do you remember all the medicines in all symptoms of our materia medica?.

As per your version that any of the medicines which are proved for a symptom can be used and referring to the above symptoms with the number of medicines, we can have 10 * 13 * 17 = 2210 combination of medicines which can be used for this particular case. Do you agree with me? That is really interesting !.

crying out and scolds are the symptoms of verat.alb see M.Medica pura symptoms no. 680 and 700.
i have never said as you mentioned in your last paragraph a combination of 2210 remedies.kindly try to understand my views.dr hahnemann experimented for a long time . homeopathy is a science of experience. i am experimenting two things one is the use of more than one remedies at a time on a fixed principles and 2nd is frequent use of selected remedies. if the selection of the similimum is correct both are beneficial in practice. i want to know what is wrong in this method.
if there is one remedy metioned in materia medica orin repertory you have no option but if there are 10 remedy mentioned against one symptoms you have your own choice to select any one. i do not know what are the scientific method you use to select one remedy from the 10 but i think all have equeal value if all have been proved and verified. so you can use any one of 10.
i do not want to compare myself with predictive method or sehgal method of tretment. i want to know that whether my own method follow the basic principle of homeoeopathy or not.i know it is a new method and the doctors will take more time to accept it

It is quite confusing.Three medicines has been prescribed to the patient, all at a time.How these 3 remedies were selected.Why even after looking to the family history of cancer, Caricinosin was not considered. Which repertory was used and had shown three medicines for the above symptoms, in the same grade.These are some of the queries. Doctor Farooquee is requested to apprise us with the details.

in the old system prescribin 3 remedy at a time for a patient is a matter of confusion.but in the above case it is the par of a system and principle.
no repertory is used in this case . i have pick out the three symptoms and one medicine for each symptom.grading dose not have matter in this method.
relating to carcinocin i have to say that if one gun is sufficient to kill a person why i use 2nd one.

Nice to read your write up.
Your prescription of three remedies, is of course Homeopathic, Hahnemann too did it at times.
And I also agree that you could use any remedy, of the remedies, listed for a specific symptom in the repertory. As every remedy is equally indicated for that specific symptom any remedy in that list would answer the symptom. Purely common sense. I would just like to know a little more about point 2) and 3) of your concept ( what you replied ) and how it helps choose the remedy. I would appreciate if you can give an illustrative example, to ease my understanding. If it is long, you may mail it to my id

for easy analysis of disease i have divided diseases into three broad catagories.
1. diseases-where the cause is immaterial- its origin, its spread and its treatment.
2. diseases- where the cause is material-like virus, bacteria, fungus, parasites, heat, cold,injuries etc- its origin,its spread,its relation with immaterial disease, its treatment etc
3. diseases- where the cause is maintaining: for example -regular intake of of arsenic in drinking water,regular exposure of damp, excessive amount of sugar in the blood- deficiency of insulin may be due to immaterial cause( miasma tic cause) but excessive sugar in blood is a maintaining cause for several complaints like joint pain, kidney failure, eye disease, coronary arteries disease.
every group mentioned above have its own peculiar symptoms. a physician should have ability to analyze it.there is totality of symptoms in each group.
in my own opinion dynamic homeopathic medicines have privilege to treat any of above group independently as well as jointly. it is upon the doctor who is treating the case.
after all there is a question -how to treat if there is all three causes in a single patient? what group should be given priority to start with? which group should be removed first ? what technique should be adopted? after case taking is there any scientific method to find a similimum ?
