Case Of Sinus Infection In A Three Year Old Child

Would like to discuss a case here.
Girl 3 year old.
Physical -Weak, lean thin, red cheeks.
Mental - Calm, gentle, active, talks less.
Present complaints - Had running nose and fever 4 months ago. Since then she is having recurrent infections (fever, cough, cold)
Got her adenoids were removed in March because of excessive swelling.
Still having bouts of fever and cough every 10 days or so.
Appetite - Less, eats only fruits & veggies.
Sleep - sleeps well
Modalities - Sensitive to cold air.

Incomplete family history, incomplete mental, regarding fear, phobia ,cravings of food? try to cllect all these then it will be easier although , your present features suggest that the baby had a tubercular diathesis, might be with a psoric (carcinogenic) trait in background,reveal all that then it will be easier to find a remedy.
