Creating Waves of Awareness
One may use Conium in vertigo, when it is the result of cerebral anemia and when it is characterized by exacerbations on turning over bed. It is often associated with a numb feeling in the brain, as if that organs were stupefied.

For self application of physical movements and meditation posturing a person may try this Epley MovementTechnique. Many commenters say this works wonderfully. It does sound like those with these symptoms would do well with conium. Guernsey writes: This remedy is characterized by a great dizziness, brought on when lying down and moving the head ever so slightly, or even the eyes all the contents of the room appear to whirl around; patient wishes to keep the head perfectly still."
In fact, you might consider purposefully doing these "Similar" movements which cause aggravation to be "Homeopathic" in their mirroring of the trigger for vertigo.
Exercise Instructions: Positional vertigo is a type of dizziness that occurs when a person rolls in bed, bends over, or looks up. It is caused by crystals in the inner ear that are out of their normal position, and is easily resolved in most cases by a simple roll procedure. Do this procedure in the morning to allow the crystals to settle in the new position before going to bed. If your spinning is severe, it is helpful to have another person nearby to provide support and to assist with timing the roll procedure.
