This is the time to take precautionary measures against dengue. Do not ignore fever cases, especially when the fever disappears and returns. Monitor the platelet count regularly.

Dear all, Somewhere I read that Epidemic diseases warrant preventive medicine during epidemic. Since Dengue Chicken gunya etc were epidemic and are fevers basically, in Banglore all homeo stores sold preventive pills, Which contained Influenzinum, eup. perf., rhus-tox. 1 dram vial was sold at the usual 15 to 20 rupees. I myself used it for my family and we were not affected. May be our central system was fit or the medicine made it fit I can not say. I am not claiming that it prevented or is 100% sure shot remedy. But it was done and surely all non believers in homeopathy also queued up and bought medicine. It is a factual reporting only. (I was happy that at least in such situations people look towards homeopathy. That is an improvement.) No statistics or survey results are ever done I think. Recently I heard there is an epidemic of conjunctivitis in Bangalore and one homeo practitioner friend asked me to keep a vial of Euph. 30 or 200 handy and administer one dose.
