Diabetes case24 yrs young man(09/10/2008) come to my consulting for Diabetes type 1, in history he told me that 15 days ago I was admitted for sudden onset of polyurea, polydypsea, weight loss, weakness. He told me that my Diabetologist told that your sugar was 650 after meal. After reviewing his history he was suffering from typhoid & Malaria with Thrombocytopenia 1 month ago, no any family history of DM. During his admission he was on about 40 unit human actrapid for bid & on discharge he was on 30u before break fast, 20 u before lunch & 40 u before dinner & glimipride, metformin, pioglitazone etc. Stating all his sugar was not touching to the normal level.
FBS: 450 & PPBS: 555,
I again did the fresh investigations, HBA1c: 13.2, S.Creat: 0.45. I took detail case, repertised it. Stop all allopathic medicines along with Actrapid& gave him Lycopodium 200 single dose & PHOS. ACID 200.OD from next day FOR 5 DAYS. & Synzygium jam Q 10 drops tds with half cup of water after each meal. Q started him for immediate diminish of blood sugar level. After 5 days his sugar
Wt was 32 kgs.
Here I just want to explain that mother tincture play an important role for immediate reduction of sugar level in the blood. Any way insulin will going to cause some side effect over body but mother tincture will help to overcome this situation, which is harmless.
Personal details:
Desires: sweet ++, meat++
Veg++, fish ++.
Appetite: decrease, thirst: mouth dry ++.
Urine; frequency ++.
Sleep: N, drems: someone pressing over chest.
Thermal: sun heat causes headache 12-3 pm right sided head ache.
Mental: very quite by nature, obedient, younger in family but responsibility in family and office. Boss believes him a lot because of his work.
Always want o have someone with him.
Anxiety during appearing in public,
Examination funk during.
Disposition and expression:
Tongue protruding ++
Physical generals: hair: falling and greying +
Teeth: central caries++.
Palm, soles: perspiration ++
Totality suggestive of clear & exact picture of Lycopodium. So I gave him single dose of Lycopodium 200. SL OD , phosph acid 200 for 5 day od. Synzygium jam Q 10 drops tds with half cup of water after each meal.

This case of IDDM 1 GIVES ME MORE CONFIDENCE IN TREATING THE CASES OF DIABETES IN CRISIS SITUATION.
Stop the treatment and follow up after 1 yr on phone sugar was fbs: 102 ppbs: 110 with no any c/o wt was 50 kgs.

Dear Dr Chandrakant ~ I understood the selection of Lycopodium for quiet disposition, fear of public speaking, hair loss, weakness, not wanting to be alone, exam funk, desires sweet, etc.
Thank you for explaining your choice of Phosphoric acid:
"The patient had a history of typhoid and malaria with thromocytopenia 1 month ago, so the repertorial totality phosphoric acid was second grade but not in selection over mental level.
Phosphoric acid is indicated for young people who grow rapidly, and are overtaxed both mentally and physically whereever system has been exposed to ravages of acute diseases, excessive grief, loss of vital fluid, hemorrhages in typhoid. Ravages may be against allopathic medicine. To remove the bad effects of that black medicine I had given a dose of phosphoric acid 200 in a single dose for 5 days. It also supports the lycopodium."
