Creating Waves of Awareness

Permalink Reply by Lisa Allen MH on February 27, 2012 at 2:09pm I have no idea how I missed this post Dr. Levan! I am an astrologer who is learning some medical techniques, and I remember being told somewhere about not only the Moon in a woman's chart, but also to look at the ruler of the 5th house and see if there were any difficult aspects, particularly with Saturn and/or the outer planets. While I myself have a fire sign Moon (in Leo in 3rd, opposite Venus/Saturn, square Neptune, trine Jupiter), the ruler of my 5th house is Venus. Yes, Venus is conjunct Saturn, opposite the Moon - but it was also sextile with Jupiter and both made a quincunx to Uranus! I found it entirely too easy to get pregnant! My children are grown now (and interestingly, I do have reproductive health stuff now), of which I ended up hiring a homeopath for! I wanted to ask where you learned Medical Astrology? I am considering a distance course with Lee Lehman for a classical approach, and own Eileen Nauman's Medical Astrology book (she retired from teaching though). If you suggest other resources in this fashion, it is most appreciated!

Permalink Reply by Lisa Allen MH on February 27, 2012 at 8:18pm Ah, I have had the Schulman series for many years now, I love them and likely need to refresh my memory since his work can be so deep! I placed Betty Lunstead's book on my wish list for a future Amazon purchase and will also look at the other suggestions here - thanks so much!
