U mean to say any thing which has not been described/guidelined in Organon is not Homeopathy ! We shouls stop thinking after 6th edition, although Hahnemann was keen about energy medicine.

This has been a fantastic discussion, and I appreciate the opinions of everyone here.

I think the big question remains.. what is Homeopathy?

There is a company called Guna (from Italy I think), and they create Homeopathic combination formulas, and are used Allopathically. In fact, all of their marketing, and product literature minimizes the term "Homeopathy". They use the term "precision dosing". And they sell it like crazy to Allopaths, accupuncturists, chiropractors, etc/. (they also inject these combination remedies into acupuncture points..)

Personally, I think it's cute that Allopaths are paying big money to take classes to properly dispense "precision dosed formulas", and then go out and make jokes about Homeopathy.

We've all seen some very strange and effective cures happen with distance healing. I have used remedies that are created using "the energy" machine. It was OK. But I was never that impressed.

Hahnemann didn't have a lot of choices about distance healing. There were no cell phones. HOw could somebody call him with an aggravation?? This development was not an option for him, as there was no instant communication. I am confident that if he could have stayed at home with his MUCH younger wife, and just dipped hair into jars, he would have done so.

I know very sensitive people that don't take remedies as per the Organon. They simply hold the bottle in their hands. Does this work? Yes. **and they save money on remedies****

But the question remains.

Is it Homeopathy?

I will say it is not. And here is why. These other modalities and variations are cool. And will often yeild good results. I believe that Dr. H. had tried MANY different ways to create a system that was consistant, and would produce positive results in the highest possible percentage of people and situations. In healing, any type of healing, there are always going to be people that react in random ways.

In my experience, I have found that I like the remedies from India and Pakistan best. I believe they follow the Pharmacopia to the letter. My point is this. It is certainly good to experiment, and to try to extend the modality. And I like this idea of using the hair (somebody please send me a note on how to do it.. I want to try, does it work if you're bald?)..

However, I have found that my BEST results, my most dramatic, and deepest cures will happen with a well chosen single remedy.

That's Homeopathy.

For yr intrest and reply to discussion. I am practicing with this method from many years and sometimes bald people or child(shaved) comes in our practice. We have suscessfully used any body hair or even eyebrows for Drug Transmission.

Dear Dr. Ravi and Dr. Sahni-Always great to see such forward thinkers make headway on this most complex subject of long distance hair trasmission. The lack of understanding from 99% of the homeopathic practicioners out there is obvious-their loss.Sadly biast oppinions cater to the general community of homeopaths with "0" firsthand clinical expierence in this type of dispensing method.
Its the same when "Skeptics" of homeopathy post their circular rhetoric discussions-leads nowhere but back to square one. In otherwords Dont bother to convince those that have a need to dismiss this valid dispensing method,as they know not why. Your both doing wonderfull work,proven in decades of clinical casepresentations-"actions speak louder than words"-Thank you for your dedication As I too have expierenced long distance hair transmission as an reliable option for 'dispensing' remedies.
