Female 58yrs
Came with Chief complaint Hypertension since more than 15yrs
Feels giddy
With thin layer of sweat on whole body
O/E
Thin layer of sweat
Non-Offensive
Non-Staining
I asked her how it started, but she said I really don’t remember
It’s only that I started feeling giddy and sweating profusely I checked almost after few months
I asked her any tension or change in any situation during that phase of time
She replied absolutely NO TENSION
Even my daughter in law is very sweet
I have only one son and one daughter, both love me a lot
My husband is caring
I always had good life and happy with my situation
Appetite-Normal
Thirst: 8glasses/day
Urine: Profuse (on Antihypertensive)
Stool: normal
Thermals: Ambi to Hot
Slight Motion sickness
Can’t sit in giant wheel or swing, feels giddy
O/E BP 160/98
HS S1S2 Normal
While checking her BP, she started eructating
To confirm my observation I started taking her BP on left hand, she again started eructating
I asked her about the eructations, she told me she is very sensitive to pressure
With slight pressure anywhere on body she starts eructating
The eructations goes on for sometime
Follow-up aft 1 week
By her daughter
She feels comfortable now
Her BP is 130/92
Follow up aft 2 weeks
Better
Her daughter met me after a year, she told me she is better

Dear Sadhana,
I will consider following rubrics.
1. Stomach, Eructations, Pressing on painful parts, when
2. Stomach, Nausea, Riding in a carriage
3. Vertigo, Descending, On
4. Vertigo, Ascending, On
The remedy is Borax covering 7/4.
Or one more rubric which covers single remedy i.e.
Stomach, Eructations, Touch, from: Sepia which covers second rubric i.e Nausea, Riding in a carriage while

The cardinal symptom of this case is “eructation on slightest touch” this is a funny symptom and is covered by Sep only.

Dr. Sajjad, its "eructations on pressure" & not "eructation on slightest touch".
(Had clinically verified this symptom number of times)

Hello Saddi ~ Here are a few rubrics and it comes up with these remedies.
I'm wondering if she has illness as a result of loss of fluids from profuse urination & sweating? ~> CHINA
Down the line Sepia shows up as Sajjad suggests.
Of course, everyone thinks of cocculus for motion sickness
Interestingly, small remedy Tabacum turns up, which also has motion sickness!
The main symptoms are this hypertension with giddiness [vertigo?] perspiration and eructation

Let us do it in another way;
1.clinical hypertension.
2.Gen Pressure agg.
3.stomach eructation.
4.Vertigo rocking agg
Then it is coffea.

Dear Navneet,
I could not find symptom "eructation pressure on"It is "eructation pressure on abdomen" while according to the poster it is due to pressure anywhere on the body.

I do not know how your pendulum seleted viscum, If we follow the dictums of Hahnemann of strange, rare and uncommon symptoms then the prescription should be based exclusively on “eructation on pressure anywhere on the body”symptom like vertigo on swinging is not uncommon.
