Second Prescription

I have a patients suffering from coronary artery insufficiency. Whose clinical feature are

1. Pain in Right deltoid muscle along with whole right shoulder,

2. Unable to first movement, feel pain in cardiac region, when trying, but feel better when in continue motion,

Distress full sleep,

3.Waking frequently at night due to pain in right shoulder, Shoulder pain relieved by exercise.

4.Honest person

Retired bank manager

5.Emotional

First prescription –

1. I have tried Ferrum –met – 30 (No result fail)
2. I have tried Rhus tox – 30 (No Result Fail)
3. Now I have Tried Naja -200 (single dose only)

I obtained great result pain of right shoulder is greatly reduced, now patient feel no discomfort on first movement. Patient is still improving. I given him one dose of Naja- 200, one month back.

WHAT WILL BE THE SECOND PRESCRIPTION.
