Tim Harford: Trial, Error and The God Complex

I post this presentation of Tim's lecture for us to think about how the world evolves. Besides the concept that doctors have the God Complex of omnipotence because they save lives, we want to think about 'how' we can save lives, rather than 'who' saves lives.
