Creating Waves of Awareness
With the influence of ultramolecular biology, genetical evolution & other forms of sophistication in different branches of science have come to such a state that medical profession occasionally loses its relation to humanity. So as a homeopath what we can do in such times?

Permalink Reply by Debby Bruck on December 16, 2010 at 11:36pm Dear Dr Arohi. I'm wondering if we have addressed this question previously on the network. It seems that with two centuries of homeopathy passing through many phases of history, homeopathy has maintained its humanity. Through many ups and downs, mechanistic age and technological age and the present stage of investigation, homeopathy remains true to the founding principles.
Dr Ravindra says it true, keep to the physicians holy and one mission to heal the sick. That keeps our heart and soul connected to each person, and our own heart pure.
Homeopaths do not rely upon the technology so much, much more on personal observation, patient sensations and language/gestures/presentation, and friends and family to tell the state of the person.
Clinical details just used to confirm disease labels and tissue development/damage.
What can physicians do?

In homeopathy such addition is not needed, because our approach to the human being is totally different from modern medicine. Our case taking give great value to each and every word given by the patient. His feelings, life situation, relations, etc are considered with great respect. Our treatment also targets the individual as a whole. We always try to make him happy mentally, before we cure his physical problems (generals are more important). Hence, by following the works of pioneers, and proper application of the same in our daytoday practice can help us to achieve our goel. Now the family doctors are getting endangered due to over-importance to specialization. Hence, a homeopath can be a good family physician.

Your topic of discussion is really the burning question of today. Of and on we read in news papers written about non efficacy and placebo effect of homoeopathy, but nothing comes up from the masters or any homeopathic lobby. So it is each individual homeopaths's DUTY to propagate this great science among the masses. We can increase the awareness by holding talks and workshops for general public, writing in news papers and magazines, organising camps. I would like others to share also.
