Creating Waves of Awareness

Dear members
I am actively involved in organic farming for the past 20 years.
We have combatted many of the regular diseases and infestations in plants by the use of homeopathy.
The selection was done mostly on modalities, such as temperature, weather, wind, time of the year. Sometimes on colour of leaves and other odd things.
Application: for smaller amounts we use a watering can dissolving 2 granules of 200C potency. Larger amounts: 200L barrel and dissolving 2 granules.
We spray only once and then wait and see. Rarely is there a need for a second spray.

More details please - what remedies for what problems etc etc. Most interesting....
Hi Mark
Taking a homeopathic aproach, there is no set remedy for a set problem and no set remedy for one single modality. Each situation has to be analyzed individually.
I use Rubricks from Boenninghausen's TT, sometimes C.M.Boger: Synoptic Key.
What has worked this time around for a specific disease may not work next time, as the modalities may be different,-- which would mean a different remedy would work then.
Hello Hans

Well there are some 'specifics' perhaps but, be that as it may, are there some examples that would help us 'get' your way of working? My current interest is in Materia medica and repertory. So whilst I would not really hope for a pill for each ill (remedy x for disease y) there is some point even with homeopathic prescribing, in giving some indications for other's later learning and guidance ( - ie used x because of the modality z and this helped the plant shrug off syndrome y).
Hallo Mark
Experience has been, that there were no set remedies for set situations, -- so its down to do the homework -- no quick answers or shortcuts here.
As I outlined in my first post, you take detailed notes of this problem, find out when did it start, what were the temperatures, the weather, humidity etc. --- what made it worse, what made it better etc. its exactly the same like treating humans and animals.

Good luck, Hans
Could you write up a one example of a situation you encountered and how you analyzed it, what remedy you chose in that case, etc.? I believe we all understand that each situation is individual, but it would be instructive to see what specific details you observed, what rubrics you used for them, what reasoning you used to select a remedy, and what results you had in that situation.
Best wishes, Nan

Hi Hans, I discovered that plant families have, like human constitutions, particular problems for which you van use the appropriate remedy on a fairly regular basis. Much in the same way that Belladonna is curative in scarlet fever - but admittedly not always - can remedies be used on plants.

Graminae have different constitutions from Leguminosae, which in turn both differ from Brassicaceae or Cucurbitae. Nontheless, remedies applicable to wheat will also work on barley and rye, provided the circumstances are similar.

I should present you with a copy of my book.

Regards,

Kaviraj.

Kindly name the medicine
