Pregnancy and Hyperthyroidism

Consultation by the following case, it is my career student of naturopathy, homeopathy classes there do
She have 35 years, extended her fourth pregnancy at 24 weeks' gestation, has a significant multinodular goiter hyperthyroidism. (T3 values alone quietly altered) the rest of the profile shows small increases
It is very symptomatic (agitation, tachycardia, breathlessness, dizziness and a lot of hyperactivity in conjunction with the fatigue of pregnancy) has not been treated with nothing
I hope you can share your experience with thyroid thiroidynum or organic.
They would use some additional trace
