That's a very nice question, In my practice if i say that MM is final word i will be wrong, if i say repertory is final word i will also be wrong. Repertory is a Very important tool which narrow down the selction of medicines. By the help of repertory we can minimize our search of medicines from hundreds to few and final selection goes to MM. So if repertories would not have been there it would have been very cumbersome and time taking to find out the medicine for a given case. So both are equally important.

So I think both are indispensible and complement each other.
