Feels No One Understands Them, Their Suffering, Their Pain
Feels no one understand her pain. Feels their world gets smaller and smaller and shrinks in size. Parts of their life disappears in the pain they endure. The pain from physical pain, but also that their family and friends cannot understand them. The monster gets stronger. They call their illness a beast. They feel the monster overtakes them as they lose more and more of their former life. They remain with person's who may not be supporting or helpful to them.

The cellular metabolism may be not working properly i.e. don't respond to their environments and the energy currency of their cells isn't proper i.e. the electron transport chain is broken = mitochondria level problem?
