Intuition with Homeopathy

Hello Gwen ~ I remember having many discussions about the use of intuition for selecting remedies and realizing that many cumulative skills and mental processes occurred so quickly that you did not realize you were applying assessment tools. Thus, the mind drew from the knowledge of the past, the old cases, experience, stored memory and readings to come to a solution. When a person meditates on this process, they may be able to slow it down enough to watch the mind go through the analytics. Maybe we can call this cumulative inner wisdom 'intuition?' 

The other use of 'intuition' happens when we say, 'I've got a feeling' or when you see the animal and say, 'something does not seem quite right.' In these cases, I'm not sure whether it is a connection between the energies of the living organisms, the homeopath and the animal or again, using those fine tuned skills to observe and assess that the animal does not behave in the usual manner. 

Lastly, I can think of 'intuition' when two living entities are not even in the same space. Perhaps, we hear the story of twins who are living apart, but know when their twin does not feel good, or maybe experiences some special emotion in their life. How we explain these phenomena will be a matter for scientists. The only thing we know for sure is that these events do occur and are real. 

I don't have a real case that I can think of to tell. But, I can relate to the remedy 'psorinum' which has a rubric feels better just before feeling worse in regards to headaches. In this way, a person has this 'intuition' that something will go wrong in the near future, and perhaps this set up or pattern signals to the person the headache will come soon, even though at the present time they feel quite well.

I was curious to this -- teaching a new course on "Connections" tonight about intuitively connecting with your horse. The research and reading I've done on this is fabulous and very intriguing ... 'universal energy' and how we're all connected -- when all the pieces are put in place it only makes sense!  Quantum physics breaks it all down to particles and then pulls it all back together again in a way that is heart-understood. I think so many utilize their left hemisphere of the brain more than the right and it can be a real struggle to exercise the switch from one side to the other. I've always done that since I'm 'naturally' an artist and musician as well as an animal lover and I think creative types live and think more from that right side of their brain. It's an interesting journey going from left brain to right and then to heart!  When its in the heart, yeah, I think we DO utilize our skills and blend them pretty much imperceptibly with our intuitiveness. 

With homeopathy I can't see that anyone *doesn't* do this as homeopathy is such energy ... and that's what intuition is all about -- that 'universal' energy. (I call it connection with God -- Love.)  But I do know many who get 'stuck' in the left hemisphere and even mentioning this may be a spur to some to consider the intuition that we all possess as a living, breathing, alive human critter?
