Creating Waves of Awareness
Good Morning (Evening) Everyone!
I thought that perhaps this week (and weeks following) that we could post and discuss some case histories on which y'all are currently working? I, for one, would love to read some. Animals pose such unique and challenging situations in that they cannot tell us, verbally, what is going on with them. Would love to hear/read how others approach assessments and repertorizing as well as to read the results of specific remedies on specific conditions.
So on what are you working today? What did you work on last week/month?
Please share below! :)

Permalink Reply by Gwenyth Santagate on May 9, 2012 at 12:27pm Ackkkkkkkk! OK -- well, since I started this topic I guess I'll have to add. COLIC! This morning ... one of my little UK Shetlands. Usually very animated and curious but at the same time very sensitive to energies. (human and other). Came here as a very short yearling who had already put someone in the hospital with several broken ribs and facial bones. He was t.e.r.r.i.f.i.e.d. and defending himself in the only way he knew how to do as a little pony. Today he is 4 years old and usually very outgoing yet still timid, as I said, with, well, let's say 'negative' energy. This morning I went out to throw hay. This is the recount:
Mild Colic -- RUSTY 5-9-2012
11:00 am ... ran up with herd to eat hay but then wandered
off slowly and disinterestedly. Seems a bit depressed. Gave
me a couple quiet 'kisses' when I went to see him.
11:30 am ... lethargic, ate carrot with NUX VOMICA 200c
but did so without enthusiasm. Has separated himself from
the herd. Lying down, rolled once, then sternal. Went lateral once then sternal again.
11:26 Walking in back paddock quietly, slowly. Still by
himself. Stopped and standing.
11:38 Still in same position in back paddock. Standing
quietly.
12:06 Walked back up to the upper paddock and is eating hay with the herd. Will keep observing for any returned colicky behaviors.
12:30 Still eating morning hay with herd. He seems brighter (eyes and general demeanor) and 'lighter'.
