yes ..i agree! more than 3 cups a day can gradually lead above said symptoms...we practically observed day to day in people..

I have little different opinion and experience which I would like to share with all.
Until a few months ago, I was always having headache specially when I work early in the morning. It use to be so severs that I only had to take minimum two Paracetamol to get fast rid of the headache. I experience then that if I take tea or coffee early in the morning, then there is no headache and I experimented it on myself several time and it proved to be true.

Thank you for this valuable diagram :) Would you say the nature of the caffeine in these substances varies? I find a much more detrimental affect from coffee as opposed to black tea, chocolate and regular soft drinks.
