There is an opportunity for you to make a difference. Check out the HWC homepage and you will find a banner-link to the NCACM draft report regarding research into alternative medicine to be conducted by the US National Institutes for Health. Homeopathy is alarmingly NOT a major focus of this report. Yoga, Meditation etc. are scheduled to be investigated- NOT homeopathy. Suhas Kotbagi said… - There are some ND's in West Indies, who do incorporate homeopathy in their practice, but no pure homeopaths except me and one I know on the island of St.Kitts. Few homeopaths are there in Trinidad. Most of them keep a low profile for being targeted by main stream. Somehow I was saved from all this as I am doing my MD too.
Given the destruction and mayhem going on Haiti, I would not vouch for anything remotely "Homeopathy" at this given time (not that I am afraid of anybody or govt), but anything wrong happens and homeopathy gets blame. Further we have many homeopaths on this forum itself who will ruin homeopathy permanently by bashing the western medicine.

There are also critcisms of those studies--Australian researcher Viera Scheibner, PhD, reviewed tens of thousands of pages of vaccines studies and concluded there's no evidence of efficacy, but substantial evidence of harm--but you have to get into the level of analyzing the studies themselves, and not just reading them for their conclusions.
