I have a follow up tomorrow with a client who is doing well with her treatment but really needs to get counseling also for the alcoholic environment they were raised in. thank you for the invite. I am currently working to build my practice in California. The cases here are often very mental/emotional versus physical. That can be quite a challenge at times. Also people need a lot of education to how homeopathy works so they don't expect it to be like allopathic medicine. It's frustrating when they combine medicine from a regular MD with homeopathy and tell you after they have begun using the remedy you gave them. Anyway I look forward to discussing cases with you in the future. Thank you again for your time. Maria

Jane Taylor said… - It's good to be in touch with such an experienced Indian homeopath - I've huge admiration for the way India has incorporated homeopathy into medicine over there. Very different from the English scene where we so often see people after they've given up on orthodox treatment, and they are so much sicker in consequence. I am a fan of Ramakrishnan's cancer method too, but we just don't get the patients - or we make them better and then they go back for more chemotherapy! It can be quite frustrating! I have visited India, and Calcutta, 15 years ago and hope maybe one day I'll have chance to come back and study with Indian homeopaths for a while. In the meantime, it's good to have this site to stay connected!
