The holistic, individualized approach suited me more as a person and as a practicioner. As a psychologist I wasn't pleased (my clients too) with long term psychotherapies, theories based on a medical model, and the use of 4-5 psychiatric medications that claimed to "cure all" but instead suppresed symptoms. A friend of mine was studying homeopathy and curiously read his MMedica. I became fascinated, tried it as a patient and in no time begun my homeopathy studies.
