- What brought you to homeopathy? Tell your 150 word inspirational story that connects you to homeopathy. How has homeopathy changed your life?
- Over 20 years ago I went off my thyroid hormone after seeing a homeopath. I remembered this different kind of medicine when my grand-daughter started having fevers with no other symptoms, so I found another homeopath who not only helped my grand-daughter. She had a class so I realized I could use homeopathy myself. Well, one thing led to another and after about 5 years of studying, I started my practice 5 years ago.

- I want to promote homeopathy, I want to meet like-minded people, I want to advocate for homeopathy, I want to learn how to market my skills, I want to join a local community of homeopaths, I want to be involved with the homeopathic community at large

Ruth Pearson Smith said… - Well, my ongoing training stopped when Dr. Floyd stopped coming to Miami, so I'll try to line up some other training when I can. The Florida Homeopathic Society is having their annual conference in near Orlando next month and I'm planning on going to that.

yes I have used and do us the influenzinum prophylactically. I also have done this with the Oscillococcinum with great results. When my kids were younger I would dose them once a week with Oscillo for the first 4 to 6 weeks of school and they always stayed healthy in spite of the others getting colds and such.
I work in a health food store and have told customers to do the same with the influenzinum and have had good results too. One co worker who was coming down with a cold/flu way back in Dec 08, asked for a remedy at work. She had aches and low grade fever and the typical symptoms of either a cold/flu. So I gave one dose of the 200c I had and about an hour later she was so happy, the fever gone, and able to stay at work and didn't get any other symptoms after that!!!
