Bronchitis after a cold

Whenever a patient complained about a"descending" [upper] respiratory infection, happening quickly after a cold [running nose] I have found sticta pulmonaria [D3 for a few days] a near specific to prevent a bronchitis and lung infection.
The only problem: I may just may forget to think about this!
