Traumeel is very effective.
Had seen its effect in healing a surgical suture in just 8 days,
This was 12 years back !! Some surgeons do prescribe this in India, as opposed to the conventional antibiotic tubes.

I read your interesting points about Nat sulph and if you want to get more details(not more but very adequate) about Natsulph you may read a book on "constitutional Medicine" written by John Henry Clark with especial reference to "the three constitutions of DR.Von Grauvogl
which is very interesting with lot of case studies and three miasmatic (psora,sycosis,syphillis)and also some controversial points about the usage of natsulph with Thuja
concurrently and he calls this as oxigenoid, hydrogenoid,carbo nitrogenoid and with a special treatment of sycosis or hydrogenoid with two remedies mostly in lower potencies and for almost six months in drop doses and also tells that miasmatic background unless removed from the pathogenesis of the patient there is no scope of recovery at all and slightly advocates the method of two medicines/remedies on a single day for moths and it is quite interesting though deviating from conventionalism yet if cure is our ultimate aim you are not to miss this book and it contains only 180 pages.
