Hi Nalini Didi,

Apologies for sending this so late. Here it is now.

I was first diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis in 1997 but was not put on any medication initially. The nature of disease is
progressive and that the stiffness is most at the time of waking up and
gradually improves during the day due to mobility. The condition also
results
in change in posture due to spinal pain.

In 2001 the stiffness and pain increased substantially and I was put on very strong painkillers twice a day. I was taking Indocap SR
(uncertain about the strength) for almost 4 years once in the morning
and once
at bedtime). While these medicines helped with the pain and stiffness,
the side
effect was severe acidity and heartburn. To counter that I had to take
Ocid 20
first thing in the morning. If I missed any of these medicines, I would
be in
severe discomfort and pain and would throw up often due to the acidity. I
was
told that in the long term these painkillers would harm my liver, kidney
and
intestinal lining.

I realized that the painkillers were not a sustainable option and begun to look at options. In 2006, I decided to switch to
Homeopathy
at my mother’s insistence. I was then based in Sydney and spoke
extensively to Nalini didi over the phone to discuss my case history and
arrive
at possible medicines. Based on these conversations, I started with the
medications. There was a series of trials with different medicines to
assess
which ones worked.

. I have
been taking these for almost 2 years now and am completely off the
painkillers
and the acidity medication.

The benefits have been phenomenal as my lifestyle has improved due to substantial reduction in pain and stiffness. The
medication
costs less than the painkillers and easier to carry and use.

I wish I had begun earlier.

thank you sir, for your valuable time spent.
I purposefully not mentioned the medication schedule.. as i was treating Mr. Pankaj , not his condition particularly.. i still belong to old school of Homeopathy. i do not like doctors prescribing medicines on different sites.. for any one and every one.. its all in different repertory's... whats a big deal there..
wonder of Homeopathy is when a person is treated and cured of his ailments.. past, present and future... rightly selective constitutional medicines along with acute medication are capable of doing that... they can be very predictive too...
i find the effect.. amazingly correct.. !!!
My patients often asks me if i am not an astrologer.. :)
Sir, hope that we will do our best to stop tatopathy.. in the name of Homeopathy.

i respect your answer to dr. Waqar ali khan but i have also (?) classical homeopathy is also based on philosophy,proving, constitutions and subject laws which are already define some experience one's. if they did't share their experience hopefully that time homeopathy is just classical influence and we read about it just in history..and it was just ancient times tail...
its example is eastern medicine systems which are suppressed by their healer's secrets, science is not a secret...

sure, science is no secret.. there are no secrets.. rather .. i am one practicing homeopath who prescribe.. medicines.. to buy from open market.. given on my prescription letter head...!!!
i am working mostly as consultant... !!!!!
my reservations are for different reasons.. i do not wish to propagate .. any specifics..
by the way.. chief medicine that made the turn around in this case is .. Aurum Met. and silicea..!! and i used only low medium potency..here.. but .. what i changed .. is diet.. low carb.. high protein.patient is a total vegetarian person and to curtail urea.. too.. so it was very challenging. and food was rich in antioxidants... !!!!!
by Gods grace.. everything worked.. even though most times it was a remote controlled treatment.. !!
Pankaj, when asked me whether he would be able to get married, i just told him to remain well and healthy without any medication for one year and checked every three months by his previous hospital ..
and he is ready for life..!!!!!!!!!!!
i believe in..
..we are what we eat.. !!!! and we become what we think or what we love... !!!!

i still remember his mother.. a widow.. whose only son.. was turned out of hospital as... will be invalid for rest of his life.. it was so sad.. !!!
now his mother is tending to a daughter-in-law.
that when i love my vocation.. !!!!!!!!!! :)

I learned much from your answer same as many other new comers. I was just asking for education purpose not from propagation. In my previous experience I treat the patients on cause basis not only symptoms same here in that of Pankaj he is vegetarian. Symptoms are dynamic but cause is not. It’s easy to grip if we find.
I also agree with diet balance approach to treat the disease one. I gain confidence much when ever I read any reference in that origin. And you are much experienced one in the field of pure homeopathy. I also believe its a magic heeling after cured no one remember he was diseased ever..!
