hear i want to discuse a case abt10yr boy came with aplastic anemia with pancytopenia ,with hb;5.5gm%,pl:60000.every 3rd day there is a blood transfusion.can homeopathy help this case.kindly suggest me.

Kindly open up the whole case along with patient's history and parents' history and the condition of mother [emotional etc.] during the pregnancy. We surely can help this case.
