It is because it can not induce so powerful uterine contraction to detach the zygote from the uterine wall. 2nd any homeopathy remedy will only act if given on totality of symptoms. To abort the foetus is not a treatment but a deliberately act. So homeopathy will not help. The only procedure is MTP.
