Creating Waves of Awareness
Holographic potencies.
In a previous article which I wrote, on the production of homoeopathic potencies, I hinted at their holographic properties – each potency carries the same information, in a higher vibration, obtained by dilution and succussion. As science has discovered over the years, any part of a hologram contains the full information of the whole. In this article, I shall attempt to explain how homoeopathic potencies are factual holographic representations of the original substance, containing all the properties of the original substance.
Any wave-like phenomena can create an interference pattern, including light and radio waves. Because laser light is an extremely pure, coherent form of light, it is especially good at creating interference patterns. It provides, in essence, the perfect pebble and the perfect pond. As a result, it wasn’t until the invention of the laser that holograms, as we know them today, became possible. A hologram is produced when a single laser light is split into two separate beams. The first beam is bounced off the object to be photographed. Then the second beam is allowed to collide with the reflected tight of the first. When this happens they create an interference pattern which is then recorded on a piece of film. The threedimensionality of such images is often eerily convincing. You can actually walk around a holographic projection and view it from different angles as you would a real object.
Similarly, when a remedy is made, the dilutions receive succussions, which create interference patterns. As we know frrom holograms, the part always contains the whole. Thus, we see that the entire nature of the original substance is recreated in the potency and this explains the range of action of the homoeopathic remedy in a simple and easily understandable way. Hahnemann did not know about holograms, but his intuitive understanding of the nature of the potencies gave him a means to describe them in terms we can still understand today.
The “whole in every part” nature of a hologram certainly seems to explain how so much of the visual cortex can be removed without affecting the ability to perform visual tasks. If the brain is processing images by employing some kind of internal hologram, even a very small piece of the hologram can still reconstruct the whole of what the eyes are seeing. It also explains the lack of any one-to-one correspondence between the external world and the brain’s electrical activity. The point to keep in mind is the electrical activity of the brain. In the same way as the brain has electrical activity, the remedy displays an electromagnetic wave, which is precisely what is passed on from potency to potency, as I have explained in my previous article on the nano-phase potency production. This wave, when undergoing succussion, naturally produces interference waves, which in turn display the entirety of the original substance, because the electron which has been rubbed off the molecules, carries a negative charge, which contains in essence all the properties of the original substance.
Thus, when a potency is made by trituration – and even when a tincture is diluted and succussed without trituration preceding this process – the electromagnetic wave, created by either trituration or succussion is the “energy” that creates the interference waves which in turn produce the holographic “image” of the original substance.
In the homoeopathic potency, we discover a similar “threedimensionality” to the hologram, in that the entire original substance, with all its properties, is present in the potencies. It is not so much that we can “walk around it”, but in the proving, all the properties will come to the fore, some more prominent than others, all the while displaying the entirety of those original properties. Thus, the remedy Arsenicum album will display all the properties caused by poisoning with Arsenic in the symptom picture, although the dose is so small, that actual poisoning does not take place. This “threedimensionality” of the properties of Arsenic is without any doubt present and shows in the totality of all the provers the entire range of action of the original poisonous substance “holographically”.
The fact that a single drop of each potency will produce the entire pattern in the next potency – albeit in weaker form when not succussed – and the fact that succussion will augment that threedimensional picture into a recognisable reaction when taken sufficiently often by a prover, shows that there is a holographic property in homoeopathic potencies. Of this there cannot be any doubt, since the entire pattern of symptoms can be reproduced by a proving in any potency.
Research conducted by Pribram revealed that if he removed as much as 98 percent of the part of the brain that receives and interprets what the eye sees, he found it could still perform tasks requiring complex visual skills. Similarly, if 98% of the original substance has been removed by dilution, we find it is still capable of displying all the complexity of the original substance.
The brilliant Hungarian-born physicist and mathematician John von Neumann once calculated that over the course of the average human lifetime, the brain stores something on the order of 2.8 X 1020 (280,000,000,000,000,000,000) bits of information. This is a staggering amount of information, to say the least. In the same way, the remedy can store information in the potencies that lies in an order of magnitude far surpassing that of Von Neumann's calculations for the brain, which frankly speaking is in my opinion but a tiny fraction of what the brain is capable to store.
The holographic idea offers a further analogy for the associative tendencies of memory. And it also gives rise to the notion of the memory of water, which is capable of storing information. Although in my understanding water does not possess a “memory”, but instead is an information storage device much like a RW-CD – meaning the information can both be stored and wiped or replaced by other information – the analogy is apt enough. Since the remedy is a holographic image of the original substance, the water must be able to store that information in the form of electromagnetic wave interference patterns, which have been augmented or amplified by the process of succussion. In fact, succussion is the creation of interference patterns.
If you look at a hologram it seems to have extension in space, but if you pass your hand through it you will discover there is nothing there. Despite what your senses tell you, no instrument will pick up the presence of any abnormal energy or substance where the hologram appears to be hovering. This is because a hologram is a virtual image, an image that appears to be where it is not, and possesses no more extension in space than does the three-dimensional image you see of yourself when you look in a mirror. Just as the image in the mirror is located in the silvering on the mirror’s back surface, the actual location of a hologram is always in the photographic emulsion on the surface of the film recording it.
Similarly, the energy of the remedy cannot be detected by means of instruments of classical physics, because it is not detectable by such means. As in the wave-particle physics of quantum mechanics we can either detect the wave or the particle. Dependent on what the observer wants to see, so in a hologram, we see only an image when the light of a laser beam strikes it at the right angle. Similarly, in detecting the energy pattern of a remedy, we can use several means, such as piezo-electric measurements, MRI and Raman Laser Spectography, but these means tell us that there is something there, which is only “visible” when the right “beam” has been directed at it, of which RLS is the one most resembling the visibility of the hologram.
This also explains the inability of the skeptics to perceive the reality of the homoeopathic potencies, because they refuse to “look” at them and so for them, these phenomena cannot have any real existence. Rooted in classical physics, they cannot comprehend that anything exists outside the “physical reality” of Newtonian concepts. Since they cannot be forced to look at something they perceive mentally as not having any existence, their limited and narrow worldview cannot comprehend anything beyond classical physics. They have not yet graduated to the “higher thinking” of quantum physics and thus we should actually pity the poor sods. As always, I stoically accept my continuing role as the voice in the crowd that bravely notes these “emperors” have no clothes.
One startling discovery made by quantum physicists is that if you break matter into smaller and smaller pieces you eventually reach a point where those pieces—electrons, protons, and so on—no longer possess the traits of objects. For example, most of us tend to think of an electron as a tiny sphere or a BB whizzing around, but nothing could be further from the truth. Although an electron can sometimes behave as if it were a compact little particle, physicists have found that it literally possesses no dimension. Thus, homoeopathic potencies, in which electromagnetic energy is passed from potency to potency, no dimensional properties exist, although it has been found that in some potencies there exist still submolecular “particles”, which seem to behave just like the electron and are only “visible as particles” when we direct our attention to them. This is difficult for most of us to imagine because everything at our own level of existence possesses dimension. And yet if you try to measure the width of an electron, you will discover it’s an impossible task. An electron is simply not an object as we know it.
Another discovery physicists made is that an electron can manifest as either a particle or a wave. If you shoot an electron at the screen of a television that’s been turned off, a tiny point of light will appear when it strikes the phosphorescent chemicals that coat the glass. The single point of impact the electron leaves on the screen clearly reveals the particle-like side of its nature. But this is not the only form the electron can assume. It can also dissolve into a blurry cloud of energy and behave as if it were a wave spread out over space. This wave – called a standing wave – is what can also be measured in the homoeopathic potencies, provided we use the exact means to do so. John Benneth PG Hom (Hons) has, in his lecture at the Cavendish Lab of Oxford university, demonstrated that such is the case.
However, while Benneth has not been able to conclusively show the origin of those standing waves and has attempted to find several sources for it, he has not satisfied my curiosity, when he postulated this wave to originate in the background radiation found throughout the atmosphere and/or several other possiblities, such as the leaching of particles from the glass – either silicon or natrum particles, depending on the source from which the glass is made.
Waves and Particles.
When an electron manifests as a wave it can do things no particle can. If it is fired at a barrier in which two slits have been cut, it can go through both slits simultaneously. When wavelike electrons collide with each other they even create interference patterns. The electron, like some shape-shifter out of folklore, can manifest as either a particle or a wave. One electron is a quantum. Several electrons are a group of quanta. The word quantum is also synonymous with wave-particle, a term that is also used to refer to something that possesses both particle and wave aspects.
Einstein had great difficulties with the findings of Niels Bohr. Bohr’s conclusion that a particle’s properties don’t exist until they are observed particularly objectionable because, when combined with another of quantum physics' findings, it implied that subatomic particles were interconnected in a way Einstein simply didn’t believe was possible. That finding was the discovery that some subatomic processes result in the creation of a pair of particles with identical or closely related properties. Consider an extremely unstable atom physicists call positronium. The positronium atom is composed of an electron and a positron (a positron is an electron with a positive charge). These two either annihilate each other, or repel each other, so that both particles will separate in exact opposite directions from each other. Their angle of separation must be exact.
The problem is that according to Einstein’s special theory of relativity, nothing can travel faster than the speed of light, let alone travel instantaneously, for that would be tantamount to breaking the time barrier and would open the door on all kinds of unacceptable paradoxes. Einstein and his colleagues were convinced that no “reasonable definition” of reality would permit such faster-than-light interconnections to exist, and therefore Bohr had to be wrong.nBohr remained unperturbed by Einstein’s argument. Rather than believing that some kind of faster-than-light communication was taking place, he offered another explanation. If subatomic particles do not exist until they are observed, then one could no longer think of them as independent “things.” Thus Einstein was basing his argument on an error when he viewed twin particles as separate. They were part of an indivisible system and it was meaningless to think of them otherwise. However, Bohr ignored the interconnectedness, regardless of the fact that his explanation actually hinted at this.
At the Berkeley Radiation Laboratory Bohm began what was to become his landmark work on plasmas. A plasma is a gas containing a high density of electrons and positive ions, atoms that have a positive charge. To his amazement he found that once they were in a plasma, electrons stopped behaving like individuals and started behaving as if they were part of a larger and interconnected whole. Although their individual movements appeared random, vast numbers of electrons were able to produce effects that were surprisingly well-organized. Like some amoeboid creature, the plasma constantly regenerated itself and enclosed all impurities in a wall in the same way that a biological organism might encase a foreign substance in a cyst. So struck was Bohm by these organic qualities that be later remarked he frequently had the impression the electron sea was “alive.”
After his talks with Einstein, Bohm tried to find a workable alternative to Bohr’s interpretation. He began by assuming that particles such as electrons do exist in the absence of observers. He also assumed that there was a deeper reality beneath Bohr’s inviolable wall, a subquantum level that still awaited discovery by science. Building on these premises he discovered that simply by proposing the existence of a new kind of field on this subquantum level he was able to explain the findings of quantum physics as well as Bohr could. Bohm called his proposed new field the quantum potential and theorized that, like gravity, it pervaded all of space. However, unlike gravitational fields, magnetic fields, and so on, its influence did not diminish with distance. Its effects were subtle, but it was equally powerful everywhere. Bohm published his alternative interpretation of quantum theory in 1952.
There exists the widely held assumption that it was possible for any single theory, such as quantum theory, to be complete. Bohm criticized this assumption by pointing out that nature may be infinite. Because it would not be possible for any theory to completely explain something that is infinite, Bohm suggested that open scientific inquiry might be better served if researchers refrained from making this assumption. In the book he argued that the way science viewed causality was also much too limited. Most effects were thought of as having only one or several causes. However, Bohm felt that an effect could have an infinite number of causes. For example, if you asked someone what caused Abraham Lincoln’s death, they might answer that it was the bullet in John Wilkes Booth’s gun. But there are many more possibilities, such as the invention of gunpowder, guns and all of the factors that caused Booth to want to kill Lincoln, all of the steps in the supposed evolution of the human race that allowed for the development of a hand capable of holding a gun, and so on, and so on. It is important for scientists to remember that no single cause-and-effect relationship is ever really separate from the universe as a whole.
Classical science has always viewed the state of a system as a whole as merely the result of the interaction of its parts. However, the quantum potential stands this view on its ear and indicates that the behavior of the parts is actually organized by the whole. This not only took Bohr’s assertion that subatomic particles are not independent “things,” but are part of an indivisible system one step further, but even suggested that wholeness was in some ways the more primary reality.
Bohm states,
“electrons are not scattered because, through the action of the quantum potential, the whole system is undergoing a coordinated movement more like a ballet dance than like a crowd of unorganized people.”
Once again he notes that,
“such quantum wholeness of activity is closer to the organized unity of functioning of the parts of a living being than it is to the kind of unity that is obtained by putting together the parts of a machine.”
This same wholeness is expressed in homoeopathic potencies, as I have argued above, when I stated that the entire properties of the original substance are reproduced in the whole series of potencies, from the lowest to the highest, regardless the fact that apparently, no residue of the original substance is left after passing Avogadro's limit. This is because first of all, electrons are no longer subject to Avogadro, being not molecules but particles of molecules. Since these particles have no measurable dimensions, there can be no quantities, as I have already stated in my previous article. Therefore, Avogadro does not apply and therefore the use of the argument is both spurious and superfluous.
An even more surprising feature of the quantum potential is its implications for the nature of location. At the level of our everyday lives things have very specific locations, but Bohm’s interpretation of quantum physics indicates that at the subquantum level, the level in which the quantum potential operates, location ceases to exist. All points in space become equal to all other points in space and it is meaningless to speak of anything as being separate from anything else.
We can imagine that the reader now is thoroughly puzzled by this digression into quantum mechanics, because it appears it has little or nothing to do with the thesis of holographic potencies. However, the “paradox” which Einstein proposed and which Bohr simply refuted, shows that the holographic nature of reality – where things seem to exist the moment we perceive them – is also applicable to quantum physics. This leads to the conclusion that even quantum physics is a holographic phenomenon. Therefore, if everything is but a holographic projection originating in the human brain, then the outer world is as “unreal” as the ancients maintained and is nothing but maya – that which is not. It has no real “being” and is but a projection on the holographic stratum of the brain. Things don't have any real existence apart from being projections of the holographic brain.
Enter the Hologram.
By the late 1950s Bohm had already had his run-in with McCarthyism and had become a research fellow at Bristol University, England. There, along with a young research student named Yakir Aharonov, he discovered another important example of nonlocal interconnectedness. Bohm and Aharonov found that under the right circumstances an electron is able to “feel” the presence of a magnetic field that is in a region where there is zero probability of finding the electron.
(Btw, this is what happens when we produce the dilutions, where the electromagnetic wave is the energy that produces the measurable NMR or RLS “fields”. In the latter instance, we discover that a dilution of a remedy will show the spectrum of the originating substance, regardless of the fact that this substance is no longer present, having been reduced to subatomic particles during trituration).
While immersed in these thoughts, Bohm saw a device on a BBC television program that helped him develop his ideas even further. The device was a specially designed jar containing a large rotating cylinder. The narrow space between the cylinder and the jar was filled with glycerin—a thick, clear liquid—and floating motionlessly in the glycerin was a drop of ink. What interested Bohm was that when the handle on the cylinder was turned, the drop of ink spread out through the syrupy glycerin and seemed to disappear. But as soon as the handle was turned back in the opposite direction, the faint tracing of ink slowly collapsed upon itself and once again formed a droplet.
Bohm writes,
“This immediately struck me as very relevant to the question of order, since, when the ink drop was spread out, it still had a ‘hidden’ (i.e., non-manifest) order that was revealed when it was reconstituted. On the other hand, in our usual language, we would say that the ink was in a state of ‘disorder' when it was diffused through the glycerin. This led me to see that new notions of order must be involved here.”
This discovery excited Bohm greatly, for it provided him with a new way of looking at many of the problems he had been contemplating. Soon after coming across the ink-in-glycerin device he encountered an even better metaphor for understanding order, one that enabled him not only to bring together all the various strands of his years of thinking, but did so with such force and explanatory power it seemed almost tailor-made for the purpose. That metaphor was the hologram.
As soon as Bohm began to reflect on the hologram he saw that it too provided a new way of understanding order. Lake the ink drop in its dispersed state, the interference patterns recorded on a piece of holographic film also appear disordered to the naked eye. Both possess orders that are hidden or enfolded in much the same way that the order in a plasma is enfolded in the seemingly random behavior of each of its electrons. But this was not the only insight the hologram provided. The more Bohm thought about it the more convinced he became that the universe actually employed holographic principles in its operations, was itself a kind of giant, flowing hologram, and this realization allowed him to crystallize all of his various insights into a sweeping and cohesive whole. He published his first papers on his holographic view of the universe in the early 1970s, and in 1980 he presented a mature distillation of his thoughts in a book entitled Wholeness and the Implicate Order. In it he did more than just link his myriad ideas together.
Electrons and all other particles are no more substantive or permanent than the form a geyser of water takes as it gushes out of a fountain. They are sustained by a constant influx from the implicate order and when a particle appears to be destroyed, it is not lost. It has merely enfolded back into the deeper order from which it sprang. Similarly, when the particle seems to be destroyed by the process of trituration, it has enfolded back into the deeper order from which it sprang – the original substance.
Classical science generally divides things into two categories: those that possess order in the arrangement of their parts and those whose parts are disordered, or random, in arrangement. Snowflakes, computers, and living things are all ordered. The pattern a handful of spilled coffee beans makes on the floor, the debris left by an explosion, and a series of numbers generated by a roulette wheel are all disordered. As Bohm delved more deeply into the matter he realized there were also different degrees of order. In an interview conducted some years later Bohm offered a simple summation of the philosophy underlying his courage:
“In the long run it is far more dangerous to adhere to illusion than to face what the actual fact is.”
A piece of holographic film and the image it generates are also an example of an implicate and explicate order. The film is an implicate order because the image encoded in its interference patterns is a hidden totality enfolded throughout the whole. The hologram projected from the film is an explicate order because it represents the unfolded and perceptible version of the image. In the same way, a homoeopathic potency is an “image” of the original substance as an example of an implicate and explicate order. The potency is an implicate order, because the pattern of symptoms encoded in its interference pattern is a hidden totality, because it represents the unfolded and perceptible version of its “image”, which are the effects produced by a poisoning in the case of Arsenicum album in the crude.
Because the term hologram usually refers to an image that is static and does not convey the
dynamic and ever active nature of the incalculable enfolding and unfoldings that moment by moment create our universe, Bohm prefers to describe the universe not as a hologram , but as a “holomovement.” The existence of a deeper and holographically organized order also explains why reality becomes nonlocal at the subquantum level. As we have seen, when something is organized holographically, all semblance of location breaks down. Saying that every part of a piece of holographic film contains all the information possessed by the whole is really just another way of saying that the information is distributed non-locally.
The homoeopathic potency is also non-local at the quantum level, reason why not everyone displays the exact same symptoms in a proving, but that some of them are experienced by all provers and others are experienced by some provers only. Saying that all the symptoms are contained in all the information in a remedy as a representation of the whole, is really just another way of saying that this information is distributed non-locally.
The Undivided Wholeness of All Things
Most mind-boggling of all are Bohm’s fully developed ideas about wholeness. Because everything in the cosmos is made out of the seamless holographic fabric of the implicate order, he believes it is as meaningless to view the universe as composed of “parts,” as it is to view the different geysers in a fountain as separate from the water out of which they flow. An electron is not an “elementary
particle.” It is just a name given to a certain aspect of the holo-movement. Dividing reality up into parts and then naming those parts is always arbitrary, a product of convention, because subatomic particles, and everything else in the universe, are no more separate from one another than different patterns in an ornate carpet.
Bohm cautions that this does not mean the universe is a giant undifferentiated mass. Things can be part of an undivided whole and still possess their own unique qualities. To illustrate what he means he points to the little eddies and whirlpools that often form in a river. At a glance such eddies appearto be separate things and possess many individual characteristics such as size, rate, and direction of rotation, et cetera. But careful scrutiny reveals that it is impossible to determine where any given whirlpool ends and the river begins. Thus, Bohm is not suggesting that the differences between “things” is meaningless. He merely wants us to be aware constantly that dividing various aspects of the holo-movement into “things” is always an abstraction, a way of making those aspects stand out in our perception by our way of thinking. In attempts to correct this, instead of calling different aspects of the holo-movement “things,” he prefers to call them “relatively independent subtotalities.”
Thus a “totality of symptoms” is merely a “relatively independent subtotality” within the wholeness of the entire universe. Differently said, any totality of symptoms is a relative independent subtotality in the entire materia medica. Allopathy believes it is possible to treat parts of our body and not be concerned with the whole. Homoeopathy knows it is not possible to separate the parts from the whole. The almost universal tendency to fragment the world and ignore the dynamic interconnectedness of all things is responsible for many of our problems, not only in medical and other sciences but in our lives and our society as well. Hahnemann understood this very well, and so his totality of symptoms include the social stratum and work, the environmental influences, such as food, drink, and such things as pollution, and the effects these phenomena have on our health.

Comment by Vaikunthanath das Kaviraj. on August 10, 2012 at 6:57am I like to elaborate a little more on what I said in this article about the origin of the wave, created by succussion.
"However, while Benneth has not been able to conclusively show the origin of those standing waves and has attempted to find several sources for it, he has not satisfied my curiosity, when he postulated this wave to originate in the background radiation found throughout the atmosphere and/or several other possiblities, such as the leaching of particles from the glass – either silicon or natrum particles, depending on the source from which the glass is made."
If Benneth is right, then all remedies would have identical waves and all remedies would cure identical symptoms. We know from the cures we effect with those remedies that such cannot be the case. Thus his notions on the origin of the wave cannot be true. The wave is neither the background wave, nor do they come from the particles leached from the glass. If that were the case in either of his 3 examples, we would still find nothing more than 3 types of waves and still have no more than 3 types of remedies.
Since we have 1000s of remedies available to us, the origin of the wave must be found in those substances, as I have extensively explained in my previous article "Scientific Explanation of Homoeopathic Potencies." http://www.homeopathyworldcommunity.com/profiles/blogs/scientific-e...
Thus we discover that trituration is the true source of that wave, generated by the nano=phase electrons. This accounts for the differences in our remedies far better, than some vague notion of some undefined "background radiation" that cannot account for any differences in the remedies and their action on the healthy and the sick.
Comment by Vaikunthanath das Kaviraj. on August 17, 2012 at 2:49am It is normal to live in the knowledge that the circle of knowledge that we may have, is inscribed by a circumference of the darkness of the unknown, that is, of unknown proportions. Within it lays the understanding of homoeopathy. It should not be surmised that we have at present reached the limit of the knowable. Because the unknown and unknowable is preponderant beyond compare, it must certainly be determinant and control the sphere of finite or so-called knowledge. The reason is it "so-called" is because it can only be apparent or incomplete knowledge, for the unknown lies not only outside but also within everything. Inside our homoeopathic remedies lies something unknown, but from what has been discovered so far, it is certainly not unknowable. Thus the practical application through inference – which is a valid way to come to knowledge – shows that the inference is right, backed up by NMR, RLS, piezo-electric values and other methods of determining whether something is there or whether nothing is there. The conclusion is that something is there, although we cannot see it.
This is our position. One may like to think that nothing is superior to oneself. But this is certainly mere egotism. Our honest position is that we are finite beings trying to maintain our existence, know our real purpose in life, and to find fulfillment, which is the definite discovery of the homoeopathic mechanism in objective, scientific terms. We have come a long way, but admittedly, we have not yet been able to explain to everyone's satisfaction. Philosophy teaches us to acknowledge both the finite and infinite worlds that constitute reality. It is really a matter of humility and sanity. This is the beginning. We already have a relationship with the finite reality. What is missing for many is their relation with the infinite that is above and beyond them. This kind of scientific knowledge will be complete real knowledge. We are like Venetian blinds and curiosity is our Columbus. And that is the message that we are trying to deliver through this post.
So far as “evidence base” is concerned, it is still not a scientifically validated ideology that has always been observed. The evidence is lacking, and sorely, as the latest JAMA and BMJ state. BMJ goes so far as to say none can be trusted. Where then is the evidence base? It is imaginary and visible on the numbers on a machine, although the machine has nothing to do with the diseased man. Scientists continue trying to impose their idea on Nature, rather than observing Nature and letting her present her evidence to us. We don’t observe suppression. We are blind to the facts. The facts are that our society is a society of suppression. It begins with ideology, regardless whether this is religious or atheist. Then follows education, which is meant to make you a memory bank, engaged in classification, enumeration and calculation. We have effectively been reduced to bookkeepers, if we succumb to the demand for numbers as a sign of proof.
We shall provide an example that shows the fallacy of this type of reasoning. If we look at the elections and we see a voter turnout of 30%, we note that their affiliations for leftwing or rightwing politics is split approximately down the middle. 70% have declared not to agree with the votes and the voted for and so these need do nothing but go home. Yet nobody will accept this as the outcome, because not voting is declared to have no voice. From an objective point of view, the nonvoters are right – the government has been rejected by 70%. That would be real democracy, when all the votes – also the non-vote of “no confidence” - would be counted. That is scientific, because it does not leave out uncomfortable data. Nonetheless, we have excluded the non-voter, although as a sign of proof for “no confidence” they have easily carried the day. The numbers can be easily twisted and turned to manipulate what one wanted to say. I bet the bookkeepers are past masters and I wait for someone to come and juggle the numbers.
We don't observe anything other than similar either.
Like produces like. Dogs come from dogs, humans from humans, etc.
Like attracts like. We don't see that humans are attracted to monkeys, apart from a few exceptions and that in a very limited way.
Like imitates like. We don't see the donkey playing lion.
Like cures like, as homoeopathy always proves.
Like neutralises like. The antidote will always neutralise the effect of the previous remedy. An acid neutralises and acid.
Hahnemann told us that even liquid tinctures have to be triturated. So rather than scientists imposing their idea on the nature of our potencies, we should let the nature of potencies determine which is right. The nature of potencies begins with trituration and not with dilution and succussion, which is but the second phase of potentisation. That nature teaches us that the quantum potential starts with trituration, because this process produces quantum mechanical particles, by rubbing off electrons. These electrons have a negative charge, which can be made visible with NMR, RLS and piezo-electric constant. That is real evidence and this proves that only trituration is capable of such things.
To try to fit Nature into some Procrustean bed made by the finite brains of scientists, is not science and will not lead to any progress in science. To go back into "evidence based" is to go back into deep dreams that ultimately lead nowhere, as all dreams do. To declare a secondary process to be the origin of observed phenomena is equally of an unreal nature and leads not to any real understanding. Now at this juncture of our medical scientific revolution, it would be a good time to stop wasting time and daydreaming and go in the direction of some real science. This is my humble opinion.
The best explanation of Bohm's ideas I have come across. Thanks.

I am not to be credited with discovery of the background radiant field, i.e. the Schumann resonance (SR). Nor am I to be credited as the source for the electromagnetic (EM) action of the homeopathic remedy. That distinction, I think, should go to Nobelist Luc Montagnier, who noted that the EM of the remedy ceases when shielded from the SR.
Although I may not have satisfied Kavi's curiosity at the Cavendish, might I please remind everyone that there is only one thing of my speculation that is new, and that is how the crystalline structuring of liquid water transduces the SR into a specific signal, unique to the intended solute, that it is akin to the piezo electric effect. Everything else in my lecture stands apart from me in the literature. How water . . hydrates and clathrates structure is derivative of the literature.
I would also like to call everyone's attention tothe fact that it is well known that water has been known for a time now to be a source of natural radiation ,as is found in heavy
water (deuterium) and super heavy water (tritium). According to experiments by Rolland Conte and others, the homeopathic remedy contains an unusual amount of tritium.
My question is 'where does this radiation come from? Could it also be channeling the background radiation like a crystal channels a radio signal?’
REGARDING THE NANOPHASE
Where my lecture leaves off is where my criticism of Kavi's nanophase theory begins. I have not been able to find anything in the literature that supports it, this peeling off of the electron is entirely Kaviraj's materialistic particle theory. What it doesn't explain is where all this added matter (theoretically diluted out by the 12th C dilution) comes from. What he is mistaking is the emission of EM from aqueous structuring for "nanoparticles." There is no intended molecule left in the solution after repeated dilutions. The characteristics of the missing molecule have been transferred to the water via the hydrogen bonding self assembly forming macros of it. Crystalliferous liquid aqueous structuring theory follows early speculation of the imprinting and memory of water and is in line with Hahnemannian theory of hydromagnetics.
I almost forgot. There is one more theory that I think may be attributable to me, since like the EM authority being the piezo electric effect hasn’t beeen mentioned in anything I‘ve seen in the lit, succussion compels structuring, serial diltuion increases the strength of the remedy, not in amplitude, but in coherence, the signal sharpens as dimorphic crystalline forms are diluted out and fewer as fewer forms are being replicated. There should be some math that would show at which dilution in time and space the solution becomes populated with one single crystalline form. This may be essentially what happens in a nuclear explosion, that there is an SR pressure that is ready to come into being as critrical mass except it is held back by the disorganization of the crystalline structure. In a nuclear explosion the succussion and dilution process has been speeded up at a rate that is beyond the speed of the SR and other radiant influences to disorganize the suddenly coherent crystalline structure and are sucked into it through open energy channels in what are actually a series of explosions at the energetic level, essentially quantum transduction.
John Benneth
Comment by Vaikunthanath das Kaviraj. on October 18, 2012 at 4:46pm My friend John Benneth may be reminded to read again my previous article, where some experiments using piezo electric constant as the measuring stick have been mentioned and for which he thanked me profusely the first time he saw them.
The perceived lack of proof he ascribes to the nanophase is belied by the experiments of scientists in India, who managed to show that even in the 200C sometimes nanoparticles are found. Where else can they originate than in the production at trituration? I like to draw attention to this fact and invite John benneth to refute the notion on scientific grounds, rather than through a lack of research by himself.
Quote: "I have not been able to find anything in the literature that supports it, this peeling off of the electron is entirely Kaviraj's materialistic particle theory.
Another phrase I do not understand: "What it doesn't explain is where all this added matter (theoretically diluted out by the 12th C dilution) comes from."
Added matter? Added from where? There is only so much matter, which can be divided by grinding into superfine powders and thus peel off electrons - which by the way emit a negative EM wave, which other people have ascribed to this that, or the other, always apart and separate from the remedy source - speaking of added matter. And of course if you screen off the source, you have no wave. (Which also puts paid to background radiation, which you cannot "screen off" since it is everywhere in the background).
Crystalline structure may be there - I do not deny it. It simply is not the explanation for EM radiation, which comes from electrons, as John Benneth should know as well as everyone else. It is mostly, because people forget to look at what is right under their noses and seek explanations for things they fail to see - that is basically all.
Oh and by the way, water having radiation is all fine and well. Deuterium is NOT used to make potencies, nor is tritium. So that is a spurious argument. I like comment that seeks to further clarify, rather than obfuscate and distract from the facts with things not relevant to the discussion. Don't grasp at straws, my dear friend - they will not save you.
What I think you fail to see is that your and my ideas combined, do give the full picture, but neither can stand alone. I do not claim to have found all the answers, but I do claim to have found some very fundamental ones. And trituration remains the foundation, as Hahnemann demands even liquids have to be triturated first. (Aph 269-275) From that basis, all else is immediately understandable, inclusive of radiation waves in the potencies, following Fibonacci, as you yourself have hinted at in one of your many posts and videos.
So I think you and I must join forces and present an airtight and waterproof (haha) theoretical construct, that uses all the proof we have in a comprehensive article that for once and for all establishes the scientific proofs of homoeopathy. Playing against each other on small disagreements is playing in the hands of the opposition. There is a simple, clearcut explanation for all the phenomena and we should combine those, to hammer the final nail in the coffin of skepticaemia.
Comment by Vaikunthanath das Kaviraj. on October 26, 2012 at 5:51am To my good friend John Benneth:
Extreme dilutions especially, homeopathic remedies of 30c, 200c and higher potencies are prepared by a process of serial dilution of 1:100 per step. As a result, dilution factors of 10^60, 10^400 or even greater, are achieved. Therefore, both, the presence of any active ingredient as well as the therapeutic efficacy of these medicines, have been contentious because existence of even traces of the starting raw materials in them is inconceivable. However, physicochemical studies of these solutions have unequivocally established the presence of the starting raw materials in nanoparticulate form even in these extreme (super-Avogadro, >10^23) dilutions. In this paper, we propose and validate a hypothesis to explain how nanoparticles are retained even at such enormous dilution levels. We show that once the bulk concentration is below a threshold level of a few nanograms/millilitre (ng/ml), at the end of each dilution step, all the nanoparticles levitate to the surface and are accommodated as a monolayer at the top. This dominant population at the air-liquid interface is preserved and carried to the subsequent step thereby forming an asymptotic concentration. Thus, all dilutions are only apparent, and not real in terms of the concentrations of the starting raw materials.
Comment by John Benneth on October 27, 2012 at 5:05am Ironic that Chikramane would use the word “asymptotic,” i.e. approaching the truth but never reaching it, for anyone can see by pure logic that what Chikramane is claiming is impossible. Chikramane is not making a visual identification. He is simply detecting the electromagnetic (EM) signal of the solute analog in ice, the polymeric, crystal representation, or macro, of the solute starting material, or what is called the intended molecule.
What he believes are “nanoparticles levitating to the surface as a monolayer at the top" is actually the EM signal from liquid aqueous structuring mimicking the starting material. If there is a “monolayer” it is the supernatant of aqueous crystallization, or simply the potentiated miniscus
Chikramane obviously is not familiar with the succussion- dilution process. What he suggests simply doesn't happen in the making of the homeopathic remedy, and now that he is stuck with this explanation he is grasping for straws, or non existent "nanoparticles."
Chikramane makes no mention in his abstract of Kaviraj's "electron peel.” He makes no explanation for Korsakov dilutions, which take the seed for the next dilution from the remaining solution clinging to the sides of the succussion container, not the top “monolayer”; or the Hahnemann method, for that matter, that takes the surviving drop from the center of the solution, not the top.
Even if we did skim it from the top (which we don't) there wouldn't be enough "nanoparticles" to complete the transaction through hundreds and thousands of dilutions. Sooner or later these “nanoparticles” are going to be, spilt, little by little, lost in past dilutions . . but most processes don’t give the solution enough time to settle and for nanoparticles to work their way past atmosphere in the water . . “nanobubbles” . . to gather at the top. Anybody who has worked with this process will tell you it just can’t happen the way Chikramane wants us to belive. Chikramane isn't science, it's imagination.
Chikramane belives he has the first theory for the physics of homeopathy. He doesn’t.
But the killshot on Chikramane’s scheme and Kaviraj's endless “peeling molecule,” are the Imponderabilia . . homeopathic solutions made without any starting materials, without trituration of anything but inert lactose sugar exposed to radiation.
Technically these are not even dilutes, for there is no traditional starting materials . . yet there they are, in the classical materia medica, Sol, Electricitas, Luna, Galvanismus, X-Ray, Fukishima, et al.
Matter, in all its phases, is defined by composition . . and most importantly to understanding the physics of homeopathy, by structure, and structure is the most important material descriptor of all.
Water within itself is not entirely homogenous, but contains within it a kind of self-assembling alphabet soup that allows it to take on a myriad of formations, polymeric forms that . . as you can see . . create macros of the solutes that pass through it, macros that can be preserved by intervening inert media, such as ethanol molecules.
Unlike this nanoparticle theory, nanostructuring is ubiquitous in each dilution in which the structure changes. The seed for the next dilution can come from the top, bottom or sides, or somewhere in between. And this restructuring through dilutions creates a change in potency.
By their theories Chikramane and Kavirfaj do not explain potency according to dilution. In fact, Chikramane and Kaviraj are two different hypotheses, except that both are incomplete.
If you want to understand the physics and chemistry of the homeopathic remedy, look at supramolecular chemistry and the piezo electric effect, this is where the answer lies in how these materials work.
The operative mechanism for the homeopathic remedy is the polymeric liquid crystallization of water that acts like a crystal in transducing the background radiant field into the unique EM signal of the remedy.
Now, in answering Kaviraj's objection to this point, that if it was true that the power for the remedy comes from perturbation by the Schumann resonance (ambient background radiation) then every remedy would be transmitting the same signal.
To answer this I would simply point out that whereas water may be homogenous in composition, H2O, it is not in the structure, order or arrangement of its molecules. Every water droplet, like every crystal, (and it is the liquid crystaline nature of water that powers homeopathy) is unique, and like in a radio, it not only works at different frequencies, but also carries a unique amplified signal, specific to its source in the solute or radiant perturbation.
Study and experimention by Roy, Rao, Demangeat, Conte, et al explain the relevance of nanostructring, not Nan particles, to homeopathy.
To see a video on nanostructuring vs. micro particles, and more importantly, the direct action of imponderabnilia, in this case light, on water, “like likes like” attraction, why do clouds coalesce and stay up, “ordered water,” exclusion zones, watch Gerald Pollock’s lecture of his work at the University of Washington . . very interesting and relevant to homeopathy. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XVBEwn6iWOo
Here is the argument for homeopathy from the material sciences by Prof. Rustum Roy, the first scientist to look at lunar rocks, and the first material scientist of stature to recognize homeopathy as something more than a placebo:
Comment by Vaikunthanath das Kaviraj. on October 27, 2012 at 5:35am Oh my friend John Benneth, you still have not cottoned on to the fact that you are fighting your friends. I simply see that what he says may have some grain of truth.
Imponderables are diluted only. Why? Because, nano-particles that emit negative EM radiation are also "imponderable", since an electron does not have any dimensions, as we explained above. So there is no "killshot" except in Benneth's mind - he is the one with the imaginary ideas. He is the one who does not understand, and thinks he knows everything better than scientists who do the experiments, without himself ever having done any.
Benneth is but a theorist - just like me. Benneth selects that which suits his theoretical model, while I try to integrate ALL that has been discovered so far.
Benneth wants the water to do it all, which I say is but a storage medium and since it has unique properties, is perfectly suited to carry information on both gross material planes - dissolving the sugar in your tea or coffee - as the subtle plane, such as production of homoeopathic dynamisations.
Benneth also forgets that Hahnemann calls his triturations dynamisations too and Benneth wants to dismiss trituration as capable of producing nano=particles, responsible for the EM wave, because that FACT destroys his own theoretical model. Why? Because it cannot account for the EM radiation, which now with fancy theory, is ascribed to the water molecules reflecting background radiation! As if background radiation has curative powers!
Everybody can understand that this is fantastical and utter nonsense, since the background radiation is always present and if curative, would prevent everyone from getting sick in the first place. I like Benneth to produce some cures with that stuff. For if it were true what he says, then why put a remedy in the water? Succuss the water without it - the background radiation will supply the remedy in that case.
So John Benneth, what do you say to that?
Are we going to join forces, or are you endlessly going to to defend the indefensible?
Comment by Vaikunthanath das Kaviraj. on October 27, 2012 at 1:48pm And my dear John Benneth, we may turn your argument around. How do you explain medicinal action in those remedies that do not show any in the crude? How else do they become "imponderable", other than through trituration? Or is that "background radiation" too?
