Creating Waves of Awareness
Four days we walked through a most magnificent landscape, pretty as a Christmas card wherever we looked: snow, ice crystals, and rime. Words fail to express how breathtaking the view was, in the woods (Zoniënwoud) or the fields. In the company of two friends joining me for the whole trek and a few brave homeopaths for a day, the mood was light as was the conversation. People sent us messages or mails with good advice and wishes, hoping we were not suffering too much from the cold. But we didn’t! Actually: as long as we kept moving, we didn’t get cold. Only when we had to stop a few minutes to eat our sandwiches or some crackers, we felt how it was freezing and fingers and toes started to cool off immediately.
So the message was: keep on walking!
