The Real HouseMD. What happened to Kylie?
Like thousands of others, they cannot explain what is happening.
Parents watch their child disintegrate before their eyes. No one believes them until they document and videotape over time and the playback cannot be denied.
What happened to this child and others like her?
Those who comment present the possibility of many disease names.
Homeopathically, we look at the symptoms and the change from this completely normally developing child and then her demise.
The first trigger was a diagnosis of Type 1 Diabetes. Do homeopaths have remedies for this? There were no written symptoms to explain this diagnosis.
Spasms, cramps, muscle incoordination in the form of quivering voice, twitching eyes, trembling body and dystonia where the limbs turn in.
Dr Sanjay Gupta investigates at Bethesda, Maryland UDP National Institutes of Health in a special Undiagnosed Diseases Program.
It appears that Kylie had every kind of diagnostic clinical exam to try to determine what was happening to her, plus physical therapy to keep her moving.
They explain the 10-15% success rate provides some hope to a few who enter the program.
Another woman whose musculature is painfully growing like a cow on steroids enters the program.
How would a homeopath approach
these types of mysterious illnesses?
There are over 200 comments, some serious with a medical approach, others post smart-alec answers. Here are some of the comments:
Wolfram Syndrome
Myostatin-related muscle hypertrophy?
Myasthenia Gravis
Aseptic meningitis after a coxsackie virus, common in kids, with residual encephalitis and got type I diabetes and now just has neurodegenerative effects from that whole infection
defect in the myostatin gene or a naturally occurring 'null' to that gene like the double muscled whippet is Sally's problem
pituitary tumor
cerebral palsy. maybe a virus set off both her DM-I and some type of meningitis with residual CP. and I am sure they already looked for pituitary and adrenal tumors in the other woman? It's like an odd variant of Cushings.
As per the international classification of diseases, all diseases cant be diagnosed!
I feel the best diagnosis is KYLIE SYNDROME.
She needs symptomatic treatment, general support and care. They should try for an integrated medicine under the guidance of a team of experts. May God bless her.

I'm wondering if there was a trigger to this illness? It makes me really sad to see this brilliant, adorable child go through this illness, which probably has a poor prognosis.
