they are potentized and given on the basis of like cures like .. so they are homeopathic medicines :)... they are a group of 38 flower.. extracts..except one.. Rock Water..
they were first introduced by.. Dr. Bach..
they work on mainly.. emotional conditions and work very fast and their span of action is of not very long duration.. but man, do they work ?... they are magic !...if given after actually understanding them... the cause of the derangement in mind and body is very important to know... they set the ball rolling towards.. a natural balance.. !!!

Yes I practice batch flower along with othre homeopathic medicnes and they are very effective
