Why the media hesitates to tell that he is a homeopath?

Dear Dr.Rafeeq,
Is It the media or he himself hesitates??since the topic was related to psychology probably he himself told media to project him as pure psychologist bcoz people wont take him seriously if he is a homeopath & talking on psychology.

Thanks for the response.

I had conducted a study on the ill effects of flavored ORS packets available in the market. Before submitting the report to the government, my friend (homeopath) had told me, "do not mention that you are a homeopath- your report will be put in the dustbin". I didn't follow his suggestion, but he was right- so far I have not received any response from the government! But still I believe that we should not hesitate to tell that "i am a homeopath".

Regarding the youtube: I think Dr Rajan Sankaran wont do that. Compared to the psychologists, we homeopaths give more importance to the mind of the individual, because they deal with the common symptoms that help only in the nosological diagnosis.

I hope reason for Govt to ignore your report is not the fact that your a Homeopath.At least in our country The word Homeopath is not so untouchable.We all should be proud to be what we are & do or else how can we progress & achieve excellence in our field?lets feel proud to be homeopaths!

Its true that compared to other countries our situation is good. But, it is changing gradually!
