Just as long as it looks appetizing and tastes salty, sweet, spicy, and has an acceptable texture, they will eat it. The kids say, "we're hungry." That's all that matters. Any other type of lesson is not taught. How do these kids differ from other children who decided not to eat the end product?
Comment by Viktor Kalocsai on October 16, 2012 at 3:03am It would be wiser to show to those children how those living beings are kept and how are they slaughtered, or the today's aggressive games and lifestyle simply oppressed compassion in favor of the play/game. That's how they are taught to conceive Life, playfully...but this topic is different from other issues of life.
Naturally, showing the slaughter isn't appropriate. Vegetarian way of life is much easier, practical and healthier.
Children are taught by non-teachers but ruthless marketing companies and their professionals.
